This blog is to chart my activities on the above. My first involvent was in August 2004 when I attended an Lead Assessors course in Seremban. There were 20 of us from UiTM. Passed the exam and assist UiTM in the ISO9001:2000 certification together with other 19 internal consultants. As a team we were successful in helping all the 22 faculties and 12 UiTM QMS to be ISO certified.
